We are a team of dedicated clinician with over a decade of experience in healthcare in UK. In recent years, we have focused on organising seminars and events aimed at supporting Farsi-speaking healthcare professionals, helping them navigate challenges and thrive in their careers.
Our mission is to promote well-being and create opportunities for professional networking among healthcare professionals, particularly those who speak Farsi as a second language. This event provides a platform to share successes and challenges, learn from each other’s experiences, and build meaningful connections that strengthen both professional and personal lives.
Importantly, all profits from this event will be directed towards supporting educational initiatives for children in need, ensuring our efforts have a lasting and meaningful impact.

About Ashkan
Ashkan, with degrees in both IT and Pharmacy, brings over a decade of experience across community, secondary, and primary care settings. As a specialist senior clinical pharmacist, he holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, including Independent Prescribing and CPPE Primary Care certification. His focus lies in supporting primary care by addressing clinical queries, ensuring safe prescribing practices, and developing tailored care plans, while also providing expert guidance to PCNs across the UK.
As the Founder and CEO of ASHSA Medical Group, Ashkan leads initiatives to innovate healthcare delivery and supports the professional development of pharmacists as a Designated Prescribing Practitioner (DPP). Through mentoring, writing clinical protocols, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, he is committed to delivering personalised, high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
About Sara
Sara is a highly skilled Independent Clinical Pharmacist with a diverse academic and professional background. She holds a UK pharmacy degree, an Independent Prescriber qualification, and CPPE certification, along with a degree in Computer Science, providing her with a unique perspective in healthcare.
With extensive experience in hospital and general practice settings, Sara focuses on optimising medication use, supporting patient health, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalised care.
As Co-founder of Dermisar, Sara also specialises in aesthetics, combining her clinical expertise with advanced training in aesthetics to provide safe and effective treatments. Her dedication to innovation and excellence drives her work across both healthcare and aesthetics, creating impactful results for patients and clients alike.
About Sadegh
Sadegh is highly skilled pharmacist and independent prescriber with nearly a decade of experience, primarily focused on community pharmacy in the UK. Passionate about patient-centred care, he has worked to position community pharmacy as a cornerstone of primary healthcare by integrating innovative clinical services, improving accessibility, and tailoring care to meet patients' unique needs.
Committed to evidence-based practices, Sadegh collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. His goal is to bridge the gap between healthcare advancements and their implementation in local pharmacies, ensuring patients receive accessible, personalised, and effective healthcare services.
